Penthouse Auf Ibiza

Botafoc and Talamanca form one of Ibiza Town’s most sought-after residential addresses, occupying the northeastern tip of the harbour peninsula. The area is defined by its position between the superyacht marina of Puerto Deportivo Botafoc and the calm, shallow bay of Talamanca beach. The Paseo Marítimo runs through it, lined with contemporary residential buildings of genuine architectural distinction, and the walled city of Dalt Vila, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is visible across the water.

Talamanca beach is a five-minute walk. The restaurants along the Paseo Marítimo and around the marina include Chambao and Cipriani. The commercial centre of Ibiza Town, with its markets, pharmacies, and supermarkets, is a ten-minute walk along the harbour front. The ferry terminal for mainland and inter-island services is within the same walking radius.

Ibiza Airport is approximately eight kilometres from Botafoc, a drive of around fifteen minutes by car or taxi. The ferry terminal at Ibiza Town connects to Valencia and Barcelona, with crossings taking between two and a half and eight hours depending on the service. Fast ferry services to Formentera depart from the same terminal and take under thirty minutes. Regular bus services link the area to the rest of the island.
