Botafoc occupies the northeastern tip of Ibiza Town’s harbour peninsula, directly along the Paseo Marítimo facing the superyacht marina. It is one of the most recognisable addresses on the island, defined by its proximity to Dalt Vila, the UNESCO-listed old town whose fortified silhouette dominates the skyline across the water. The area carries a distinctly cosmopolitan character, attracting a year-round resident base alongside the seasonal influx that fills the marina berths each summer.

The Botafoc strip places residents within walking distance of Nobu Ibiza Bay, Pacha, and the restaurant and bar terraces lining the marina. Talamanca beach is a five-minute walk north. The commercial centre of Ibiza Town, including the covered market and the boutiques of La Marina quarter, is reachable on foot in under ten minutes.

Ibiza Town centre is a ten-minute walk or a two-minute drive from Botafoc. Ibiza Airport lies approximately seven kilometres southwest, with a journey time of around fifteen minutes by taxi. The airport operates direct routes to London, Paris, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, and most major European cities, with frequency peaking between April and October. Inter-island ferry services to Formentera depart from the adjacent port throughout the day.
