Botafoc occupies the northern arm of Ibiza Town’s harbour, a purpose-built marina district that sits between the working port and the calm bay of Talamanca. It is one of the most sought-after addresses on the island, defined by its proximity to Dalt Vila, the UNESCO-listed old town whose fortified silhouette is visible across the water, and by the concentration of high-specification residential buildings that line the marina promenade. The area carries a distinctly cosmopolitan character without the congestion of the old town itself.

The marina promenade puts Botafoc within walking distance of La Brisa and Cipriani restaurants, the Casino de Ibiza, and the ferry terminal. Talamanca beach is a five-minute walk north. Ibiza Town’s main shopping streets, the covered market of Mercat Vell, and the boutiques of the Marina district are all reachable on foot in under fifteen minutes.

Ibiza Town centre is a ten-minute walk or a two-minute taxi ride from Botafoc. The island’s main transport hub, Ibiza Airport, is approximately eight kilometres away and takes around fifteen minutes by car. The airport operates year-round international routes to Madrid, Barcelona, London, Paris, and other European cities, with significantly expanded frequency during the summer season. Inter-island ferries to Formentera depart from the adjacent port terminal.
