USES / UTILIZATION
Of the 160 hectares, approximately 60 hectares are irrigated: 40 hectares newly planted with 5-year-old apricot trees, and 20 hectares of vegetables; the rest is scrubland. The entire infrastructure is fully operational, including several buildings such as houses with a swimming pool, warehouses, and pens.

There are several paths allowing access throughout the interior of the property, which is mostly fenced and closed to the public.

HYDROLOGY
For the irrigation area, there is an authorized private water well and a community water concession. The total annual volume is about 200,000 m³, registered with the CHS as 155,000 m³ private water and about 45,000 m³ community water. The well and a reservoir of approximately 30,000 m³ are located in the upper part of the property, providing irrigation pressure aided by gravity, resulting in energy savings.
