Selten: Dorfhaus Mit Pool

Grimaud is one of the most architecturally coherent medieval villages in the Var, its stone houses and Romanesque church climbing in tiers above the Maures massif toward a ruined eleventh-century castle. The village sits inland from the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, which gives it a quieter, more rooted character than the coastal resorts below, while remaining firmly within the orbit of one of the most sought-after addresses in the South of France. Residents here live within a genuinely historic fabric, not a reconstructed one.

The weekly market on Place Neuve covers local produce, cheese, and charcuterie. Restaurants including La Bretonnière and Le Coteau Fleuri serve within the village itself. Port Grimaud, the lagoon village designed by François Spoerry, is a five-minute drive, and the beaches of Saint-Pons and Beauvallon are reachable in under ten minutes.

Saint-Tropez is approximately fifteen minutes by car. Sainte-Maxime, with its ferry crossing to Saint-Tropez and broader retail offer, is around twenty minutes. The nearest train station with TGV connections is Les Arcs-Draguignan, roughly forty minutes inland, linking to Paris in under five hours. Toulon-Hyères Airport is approximately one hour by road, and Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport, the primary hub for the region, is around ninety minutes.
