Vallauris sits on the hills above the Bay of Cannes, a town shaped by centuries of ceramics tradition and, more recently, by its association with Pablo Picasso, who worked here in the late 1940s and left an enduring mark on its cultural identity. The A8 motorway provides fast access along the entire Riviera corridor.
