Tinos, in the unique, medieval mountain village of Falatados (12 km), an old residence of 214 square meters, on a plot of 311 square meters. It is a traditional, emblematic mansion of the 19th century that dominates the edge of the village, on either side of the paved municipal road. It spreads over two levels, consisting of a comfortable living room with fireplace on the upper floor, a bathroom with hall, the kitchen and two bedrooms. The ground floor has been transformed into a fully independent guesthouse, of three rooms, with its own bathroom. It was restored in an exemplary manner, is inhabited and maintained continuously. The entire atmosphere and character of the traditional building, enriched with modern comforts, have been meticulously preserved. It has a central heating system, modern, handmade walnut windows and doors, with double glazing, white Tinos marble cladding on the fireplace, wooden paneling on the ceiling, wooden flooring on the first floor, marble slabs in the kitchen and a paved ground floor. Outside, a large and delightful terrace has been created. The solid, stone-built construction, combined with the quality and refined aesthetic interventions, created a masterpiece that is completed by a wonderfully landscaped garden of 286 square meters. In addition, a small, separate plot, approximately 10 square meters, is included. Although it was initially used as a residence, after the restoration it successfully operated as an art exhibition space, with several successful exhibitions and quality events. Its location on the edge of the village offers easy access and the tranquility of the Tinian countryside. It is directly adjacent and enjoys the view to the unique, mountainous natural environment of Pano Meri, gazing at the green, terraced slopes, the impressive dovecotes, the verdant valley and the carved cabins, among the famous vineyards. A rarely available, imposing yet romantic building that harks back to a previous period of authentic Tinos.
