Buenas Noches is a well-established residential enclave on the western edge of Estepona, positioned directly along the Costa del Sol coastline where the Playa Bahía Dorada stretches toward the town centre. The area sits between the Mediterranean and the foothills of the Sierra Bermeja, giving it a distinct sense of separation from the busier resort strips to the east. It is predominantly low-density, with a mix of established residential complexes and newer developments that maintain a relatively quiet, residential character.

Estepona town centre is approximately five kilometres east, with its covered market on Calle Castillo, the pedestrianised old town, and a broad selection of restaurants along the port and Paseo Marítimo. The Playa del Cristo and Playa de la Rada are within easy reach. Puerto Banús is around fifteen minutes by car.

The AP-7 motorway is accessible within minutes, connecting directly to Marbella in around twenty minutes and Málaga in approximately fifty minutes. Málaga Airport, the main international hub for the Costa del Sol, is roughly seventy kilometres away, translating to a journey of around fifty to sixty minutes by car. Gibraltar Airport is approximately forty-five kilometres to the west, offering an alternative for certain European routes.
