Herrenhaus In Establiments, Palma

A unique opportunity: a manor house in the best location in Palma.
A rare opportunity to acquire a traditional manor house in the coveted residential area of Establiments. This property, offered in its original state, is the perfect blank canvas to create the home of your dreams.
The estate boasts over 1,000 m² built, distributed between the main house, a storage/garage, stables, and a charming dollhouse. Situated on a generous plot of 8,000 m², it enjoys total privacy in a tranquil setting, yet is very well connected: just 10 minutes from the center of Palma and 15 from the airport.
In addition to the main dwelling, several auxiliary buildings offer flexible spaces ready for renovation. The property retains the foundations of an old pool and a tennis court, a fantastic opportunity for their reinstatement. Two private wells provide abundant water: one supplies the main house and the other irrigates the land, ideal for gardens, vineyards, or olive trees.
Inside, original period details are preserved, such as traditional floors, wooden beam ceilings, and stone walls, ensuring the authentic Mallorcan character of this country house.
