Éguilles is a hilltop village in the Bouches-du-Rhône, sitting at around 300 metres above the Arc valley with unobstructed views across the Provençal countryside toward the Sainte-Victoire massif. The village retains its medieval core, with stone lanes, a Romanesque church, and a weekly market that draws residents from across the surrounding area. It occupies a distinct position in the regional property market: genuinely rural in character, yet within immediate reach of Aix-en-Provence.

The village centre has a boulangerie, a pharmacy, and several restaurants including Le Mas de la Pyramide. The Wednesday morning market covers local produce and regional goods. Aix-en-Provence, with its cours Mirabeau, covered market at Place Richelme, and full range of cultural and dining options, is a ten-minute drive.

Aix-en-Provence TGV station is approximately 15 kilometres away, with direct high-speed services to Paris Gare de Lyon in around three hours. Marseille-Provence Airport is roughly 30 kilometres from Éguilles, accessible in under 30 minutes by car, with direct routes to major European hubs and international connections. The A8 and A51 motorways provide straightforward access to Marseille, Nice, and the broader Côte d’Azur corridor.
