Einfamilienhaus In East Setauket

Welcome to the ”Hulse House”, an 1848 lovingly renovated home across from Setauket Harbor. Winter waterviews and the area is an historic shipbuilding location. Walk to the beach, dock, restaurant and deli. Current owners put a wealth of new innovations such as whole house generator and a waste treatment, septic system, new roof in 2000, and 2 zone CAC- gas heat. The Master bedroom could be either upstairs or down as there are 3 good sized rooms and 2 with renovated Whirlpool tubs. A smaller but charming library or TV room could easily be a 4th bedroom. The all-white ”shabby chic” look with blend of old and new will warm your heart!
