In compliance with the information obligations established by Law 10/2025, of December 28, on customer service and transparency, as well as current sector regulations, it is stated that the indicated price does not include the expenses and taxes inherent to the acquisition, which are detailed below:

- Property Transfer Tax (ITP): The tax rate in force in the Basque Autonomous Community will apply (generally 4%, without prejudice to reduced rates of 2.5%, 6%, or 7% applicable depending on the buyer’s personal circumstances or the property’s characteristics). The tax is levied on the higher of the Cadastre Reference Value or the sale price.

- Notary Fees: Notarial fees will be calculated according to the official scale regulated in Annex I of Royal Decree 1426/1989, of November 17, which approves the Notarial scale.

- Registry Fees: Registration in the Property Registry will be charged according to the official scale established in Annex I of Royal Decree 1427/1989, of November 17, which approves the Notarial scale.

- Management Fees (Gestoría): Fees (vary depending on whether the buyer needs financing to purchase the property) range approximately between 300 and 700 euros (VAT included).
