An imposing, renovated, 19th-century townhouse in a more than 1,200-m² garden, in Dinan, a short distance from the historical centre. The pavilion roof of the protruding section contrasts with the rest of the edifice’s simplicity, due to its steeply-pitched four sides, featuring the same type of dormer window.
