This new construction project to be constructed on the Monte Solana area of Pedreguer close to the Mediterranean coastal city of Denia on the northern Costa Blanca. The constructor already has the building licence and works have already commenced.

The plot is inclined with parking area to the lower level of the plot, there are options to add a garage under the swimming pool, underfloor heating and a lift for additional costs.

Entering the villa at the basement level stairs lead up to the main living area of the villa. This hall has stairs to the upper level and opens into the living area and provides access to 2 bedrooms, a family shower room and a guest toilet. The living area is open plan, with dual aspect windows overlooking to pool, the stunning views and to the side. This area incorporate the modern living of kitchen with island, dinging area and lounge. Sliding patio doors open onto the pool with surrounding terrace. The villa is equipped with ducted hot and cold air conditioning.

Electrically operated aluminium shutters are installed throughout. Depending on the stage of construction, purchasers can choose from a selection of suspended toilets, shower trays, ceramic wall and floor tiles, as well as various kitchen cabinet and worktop finishes.
