Casa Xoltic, Coyoacán

Casa Xoltic (from the Nahuatl word meaning ”the one who lives”) is a project by Amasa Estudio, a young and enthusiastic couple of architects dedicated to rescuing and reintegrating abandoned spaces, returning them to the community and its inhabitants. In this context, within a dilapidated 1960s house, Amasa Estudio radically transformed an inhospitable space from the ground up into a warm and functional home, combining cutting-edge materials and designs, thus regenerating every corner of the property for the enjoyment of its future owners. Therefore, the project stands out for its authenticity and novelty within the local market and represents one of the few opportunities to own a brand-new designer home in the emblematic Del Carmen neighborhood of Coyoacan.
