Celerina Wohnung Mit Studio

Wood, fire and wide mountain views shape the residence on Giassa da la Baselgia in Celerina: a 3.5-room apartment of 221 m², joined by a separate studio of 32 m², for 253 m² of refined living space in all.
The living room is the centre of the main apartment. It is spacious, with a fireplace, wooden ceilings and floors, and large panoramic windows. A fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms complete the principal residence, together with a private balcony that looks out over the mountains. The plan also allows a third bedroom and bathroom to be created within the apartment.
With a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom of its own, the studio stands independently of the main apartment. It adds flexibility to the property, as accommodation for visiting guests or as a separate unit to let.
A covered parking space is included, and the residence is offered both for sale and for rent. Celerina lies next to St. Moritz, in the heart of the Upper Engadine.
