Carqueiranne is a small coastal commune on the Var coastline, positioned between Hyères and La Seyne-sur-Mer on the eastern edge of the Giens Peninsula. It has retained a genuinely residential character, with a modest fishing port, a sheltered sandy beach, and a village centre built around Place de la République. The surrounding coastline falls within the Parc National de Port-Cros zone of influence, and the quality of the water here is consistently among the highest on the Côte d’Azur.

Toulon-Hyères Airport is approximately 15 kilometres away, around 20 minutes by car, with direct flights to Paris and several European cities. Hyères train station connects to Toulon in under 20 minutes, and Toulon offers TGV services to Paris Gare de Lyon in approximately three hours and fifteen minutes. The A57 motorway provides straightforward access to Marseille in around one hour.
