Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage includes 22 more offices from New Bern to Calabash to serve our agent’s and client’s needs. We are equipped with spacious workstations, private offices, and conference rooms with plasma screens. With technology in mind, the office is completely wireless to accommodate laptops and also offers general workstations with desktop computers. Our Wilmington staff includes Sea Coast Advantage’s Marketing Department, IT Department, Professional Development Director, Director of New Home Sales and Director of Business Development. It also includes our Success Center, a program designed to help agents with goal-setting, lead development, & the day-to-day activities needed to be successful in today’s competitive market. Alpha Mortgage, our in-house mortgage firm, has loan officers here to pre-qualify & service our clients.
