Le Cannet sits immediately above Cannes on the hills of the Alpes-Maritimes, a residential commune that has long attracted those who want proximity to the Croisette without living on it. The old village core, with its narrow lanes and Provençal facades, retains a distinct identity from the coastal resort below. Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport is around 30 kilometres away, typically 30 to 40 minutes by road, and serves a wide network of European and international routes year-round.
