Camp de Mar is a small, well-established coastal enclave on Mallorca’s southwest shore, within the municipality of Andratx. It occupies a sheltered bay framed by pine-covered hillsides, and its residential character is defined by a mix of low-density villas and gated complexes arranged around the Golf d’Andratx course. The enclave has a quieter, more private identity than the busier resort towns nearby, attracting buyers who prioritise discretion, natural setting, and direct access to the sea.

The beach at Camp de Mar is sandy and family-oriented, with calm, clear water. Port d’Andratx, four kilometres away, offers a concentrated selection of restaurants along the harbour front, including Layn and Miramar, along with well-stocked supermarkets. Andratx town provides everyday services. Golf d’Andratx, one of Mallorca’s most respected courses, is directly accessible from within the enclave.

Palma de Mallorca and its international airport are approximately 35 kilometres from Camp de Mar, reached via the Ma-1 motorway in around 25 to 30 minutes by car. There is no direct rail or bus connection of note, so a car is essential for daily life. Palma Airport operates year-round flights to major European cities, with significantly expanded routes from April through October. Port d’Andratx is reachable in under ten minutes by car.
