Deià is a small mountain village on the northwest coast of Mallorca, set against the Serra de Tramuntana range, which holds UNESCO World Heritage status as a cultural landscape. Long associated with artists, writers, and intellectuals, the village has maintained a distinct identity that sets it apart from the broader Mallorcan property market. Its stone architecture, terraced olive groves, and position above a rocky coastline give it a character that has attracted serious buyers for decades.

Palma de Mallorca Airport handles direct flights to most major European cities, with journey times from the airport to Deià typically under one hour.
