Nestled in absolute calm, this villa is inspired by the charm of Provence. Bathed in light from morning to night thanks to its south-facing aspect, it offers generous volumes and a resolutely convivial atmosphere. On the garden level, the large open-plan kitchen opens onto the dining room and double living room, where the sliding doors give way to a spectacular panorama: the Mediterranean on the horizon, the green hills and Lake Saint-Cassien below. The master suite completes this living space, with whirlpool bathroom, dressing room and hammam. Upstairs, three bright bedrooms, one of which is en suite, a shower room and a veranda opening onto a terrace with jacuzzi. Ideal for enjoying balmy summer evenings. Adjoining the house, an independent studio with kitchenette, shower room and storage space offers great possibilities: to welcome your guests, accommodate a teenager or create an independent workspace. A villa full of charm, where every detail exudes the gentle Provencal lifestyle, enhanced by an exceptional panoramic view. Le Tignet is a quiet hill village in the Alpes-Maritimes, sitting at around 400 metres elevation between Grasse and the Lac de Saint-Cassien. The landscape here is defined by oak and pine garrigue, terraced olive groves, and long southward views toward the coast. The neighbouring village of Cabris, perched above the plain of Grasse, is one of the most architecturally preserved villages in the region and has historically attracted artists and writers drawn by its light and its panoramas.
Cabris, a five-minute drive, has a weekly market and several well-regarded restaurants including L’Horizon. Grasse, the world capital of perfumery, is around 10 kilometres away and offers a full range of services, a covered market, and the International Perfume Museum. Lac de Saint-Cassien, a large freshwater reservoir popular for sailing and swimming, is directly below the village.
Cannes is approximately 30 kilometres from Le Tignet, reachable in around 35 to 40 minutes by car via the D9 and A8. Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport is roughly 45 kilometres away, typically a 50-minute drive, with direct connections to most major European cities and intercontinental routes. The A8 motorway, accessible near Cannes or Grasse, links the area to Monaco in under an hour and to Aix-en-Provence in approximately 90 minutes.
