High above the lake, nestled in the Mediterranean hillside landscape of Brissago, lies Casa Speranza – an authentic Ticino house full of atmosphere, tranquility, and character. The path up already gives the feeling of reaching a special place. Once at the top, a view unfolds that touches the heart anew every day.

The gaze freely sweeps over Lake Maggiore – from the Brissago Islands to Ascona, across the Magadino plain towards Italy and Luino. Opposite lies the idyllic village of Pino, painted like a picture on the other shore.

Casa Speranza consists of two separate apartments, each with its own unique character. The numerous small windows give the house a special atmosphere and allow the light and colors of Lake Maggiore to be present almost everywhere.

The upper apartment impresses with a bright living and dining area, two bedrooms with balcony access, a modernized kitchen, and a renovated bathroom. The lake view accompanies daily life inside in an impressive way.

The lower apartment, with an open living area, kitchen, and fireplace, feels especially cozy and authentic. From both the living room and bedroom, you can step directly onto the charming terrace with fantastic lake views – a place full of peace, privacy, and Mediterranean lifestyle.
