Puerto del Almendro is a gated residential enclave within the municipality of Benahavís, one of the wealthiest municipalities per capita in Spain and consistently ranked among the most sought-after addresses on the Costa del Sol. Set in the foothills above Marbella, Benahavís is defined by its elevated terrain, pine-covered hillsides, and proximity to several of the region’s most prestigious golf courses. The enclave offers privacy and security within a landscape of considerable natural character.

The village of Benahavís, known for its concentration of restaurants along a single main street, is a short drive away. Marbella’s Puerto Banús marina, with its retail, dining, and beach clubs, is approximately 15 minutes by car. La Quinta Golf, Los Arqueros Golf, and El Higueral Golf are all within a five-minute drive.

Marbella town centre is reachable in roughly 20 minutes by car via the A-7 coastal road. Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport, the main international hub for the region, is approximately 65 kilometres east, with a drive time of around 50 to 60 minutes depending on traffic. The airport operates direct routes to most major European cities, with connections to long-haul destinations via Madrid or London.
