Benahavís Villa

Monte Mayor is a private, gated residential enclave set in the hills above Benahavis, one of the most sought-after municipalities on the Costa del Sol. Positioned at elevation, the community occupies a landscape of pine forest and rocky terrain that separates it visually and physically from the coastal strip below. The architecture across the estate tends toward contemporary luxury villas on generous plots, with a density and character that distinguishes it clearly from the more built-up areas closer to Marbella.

The village of Benahavis, known for its concentration of restaurants along a single main street, is roughly ten minutes by car. Marbella’s Puerto Banus marina, the Golden Mile, and the commercial centre of San Pedro de Alcantara are all within a 20 to 25 minute drive. The beach clubs of Estepona are similarly accessible.

Marbella is approximately 25 kilometres to the east, reachable in under 30 minutes via the AP-7 toll motorway. Malaga Airport, the main international hub for the Costa del Sol, is around 65 kilometres away and typically takes 45 to 55 minutes by car depending on traffic. Gibraltar Airport, serving additional low-cost routes, lies roughly 60 kilometres to the west and offers an alternative for travel toward the UK and northern Europe.
