Benahavís House Freistehende Villa

Benahavís is one of the most sought-after municipalities on the Costa del Sol, occupying a privileged position in the foothills of the Sierra de las Nieves, roughly seven kilometres inland from the coast. The village itself is known for its whitewashed Andalusian architecture, its concentration of high-end restaurants, and the density of gated residential developments that have made it a benchmark address for luxury buyers across Europe. The surrounding landscape combines pine-forested hillsides with panoramic views toward the Mediterranean.

The village centre of Benahavís offers over two dozen restaurants along its main street, Avenida de Andalucía, with La Finca and El Gamonal among the established names. Puerto Banús is a fifteen-minute drive, Marbella’s Golden Mile is twenty minutes, and the beach clubs of San Pedro de Alcántara are accessible in under ten minutes.

Marbella is approximately twenty kilometres to the east, reachable in around twenty minutes by car via the A-7 coastal road. Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport, the main international hub for the region, is roughly sixty kilometres away and takes under an hour to reach by car. The airport serves direct routes to most major European cities, with London, Paris, Amsterdam, and Frankfurt all connected by multiple daily flights.
