Sea Breeze is a wonderful escape nestled within a private gated development called Calijanda Estate on the West Coast of Barbados in the Parish of St James.

The owners have renovated the house to the highest architectural standards based on Hamptons style living and exudes cool interiors. This spacious home enjoys panoramic ocean views and is set within private gardens.

As you arrive through the gates the ‘wow’ factor view from the front door leads you through the house and beyond the pool to where the Caribbean Sea meets the sky. On the covered terrace you will find a bar with relaxed seating arrangement for hosting your sundowners.

The design of the house allows each guest to have their own personal space and privacy. The ground floor offers 4 en suite air conditioned bedrooms, two on each wing of the building; all heading onto the considerable deck and huge swimming pool. The position of the house allows full sun all day.

Along with the bedrooms, the house has a relaxing TV room, double sitting room and dining terrace. The kitchen overlooks a convenient BBQ deck area. Ceiling fans and WiFi are available throughout the property.

The first floor is occupied by the vast Master Suite which include his and hers en suite bathrooms and dressing rooms. The private terrace overlooks the swimming pool, deck area and has magnificent views over the horizon.

The house is located a short drive from Holetown and Speightstown and is conveniently next to Royal Westmoreland Estate for the keen golfer. Famous beaches, golf courses and restaurants such as the Cliff, Lonestar, Fusion and Sandy Lane along the West Coast are all within a few minutes drive.
