Die touristische Anlage wird 21 Wohneinheiten sowie Gemeinschaftsbereiche wie Rezeption, Büros, beheiztes Schwimmbad, Toiletten und Umkleideräume, einen Fitnessraum, eine Sauna, ein türkisches Bad, eine Treppe, einen Hauswirtschaftsraum und ein Restaurant umfassen.
Andererseits wurden vom Rathaus von Artá kommunale Genehmigungen für zwei neue Einfamilienhäuser eingeholt, die dank der Trennung von 2 Grundstücken vom Hauptgrundstück gebaut werden sollen.
Das erste der geplanten Häuser hat eine zu bebauende Fläche im Erdgeschoss von etwa 183 m2 plus ca. 16,25 m2 Veranden ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss sowie einen Anbau von etwa 39,98 m2, der auf 4 Schlafzimmer mit ihren jeweiligen Bädern, Eingangshalle, Wohn-Esszimmer, Küche und Flur aufgeteilt wird; während das Nebengebäude als Garage, Waschküche, Maschinenraum und Toilette genutzt wird. Es wird auch einen Swimmingpool und Terrassen haben. Lizenz erteilt.

Situated between the mountains of the Natural Park of the Levante peninsula and the Bay of Alcudia, Colonia de Sant Pere is a quiet village with a small harbour in the municipality of Arta, on the east coast of Majorca. The large sandy beach of Sa Canova is mere minutes away and this part of the coast is famous as a paradise for all kinds of aquatic sports. The Golf Club of Capdepera can be reached within 20 minutes by car and Palma is about 70 km away.
