Freistehendes Einfamilienhaus Arco Da Calheta

Sunrise over Madalena do Mar. Sunset over Calheta. In between, nothing but the Atlantic Ocean. Villa Zen is located on the southwest coast of Madeira, one of the sunniest parts of the island, with open sea views from dawn to dusk.

Three bedrooms, an infinity pool, and a private garden, sold fully furnished and currently operating as a registered Local Accommodation.

The house
The main floor is open and filled with light: living room, dining area, and kitchen in one continuous space, with a laundry room and guest bathroom nearby. Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom is en-suite, and the other two share a family bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. Above them, an attic already equipped with plumbing offers room to expand, subject to approvals.

Outside, the infinity pool faces the ocean, set in a private garden. In Madeira’s mild climate, it is rarely out of season.

Also included:
- Large garage and two storage rooms
- Solar panels
- Complete furnishings

Live in it, vacation in it, or let Villa Zen serve as a permanent home, a holiday retreat, or a short-term rental with its already established Local Accommodation operation.
