Seacave is situated on a hilltop in a secluded location on the south-west coast and expertly designed by Mitch Stuart of OBM International, Seacave enjoys wonderful sunsets and scenic views of the tropical islands of Montserrat and Guadeloupe.

The villa is positioned on a lush, 0.5-acre hilltop parcel and features two dwellings. A four bedroom, four ½ bath main residence measuring 6,200 sq. ft. and a 256 sq. ft. caretaker/guest cottage fitted with a bathroom and living area.

Three of the home’s main residence principal bedroom suites have ensuite baths. These three are located on the upper level of the home with a family entertainment room which can easily be converted to a gym, library or private study. The fourth principals bedroom suite, also with ensuite bath, is conveniently located on the main floor. The principal bathroom has an outdoor shower, double sinks, and tub bath. The bathroom walls are finished with artisan, imported Italian ceramic tiles.

A detached air conditioned private office is located a short distance from the main level principal suite.

Adjacent to the main living lounge is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Chefs will appreciate the quality appliances, ample storage, beautiful kitchen cabinetry, extended pantry, and marble countertops.

Large wooden doors open out to the generous, covered lounging veranda. The veranda is well appointed with Bahamian style, wicker sofas, and numerous attractive accent pieces. Villa Seacave features an incredible pool deck boasting fantastic ocean views and thoughtfully positioned to enjoy the Caribbean sunset while swimming or dining.

The villa sits on 0.5 acres of land with mature tropical gardens. There is government provided electric, propane gas heating, an automatic FG Wilson diesel backup generator, and large freshwater cisterns.
