Villa Mit Pool Cap D'antibes Salis

Avenue de la Salis runs along the eastern edge of Cap d’Antibes, the peninsula that separates the Baie des Anges from the Baie de Cannes. This particular stretch sits at the transition point between the town of Antibes and the Cap proper, where the urban fabric gives way to walled gardens and mature pine trees. The Plage de la Salis is a few minutes on foot, and the old ramparts of Antibes are visible across the water to the north.

The Marché Provençal in Antibes old town is a ten-minute drive or a pleasant cycle along the coast. Restaurant Le Vauban and the covered market halls on Cours Masséna serve daily needs. The Plage de la Garoupe and the Eden Roc hotel are a short drive south along the Cap. Juan-les-Pins is five minutes by car.

Antibes train station, served by TER regional services and direct connections to Nice and Cannes, is approximately two kilometres from Avenue de la Salis. Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport is around 25 kilometres away, typically 30 to 40 minutes by car depending on traffic. Cannes is reachable in under 15 minutes by train. The A8 motorway provides direct access toward Monaco to the east and Aix-en-Provence to the west.
