Completed in 2022, the estate combines Cycladic architectural traditions with a contemporary approach that responds closely to the landscape, the coastline and the changing conditions of the sea throughout the day.

Whitewashed volumes are combined with local stone, deep-set arches and timber detailing, creating an architecture that feels rooted in its surroundings while remaining restrained and contemporary. Despite its private waterfront position, the estate remains within easy reach of Batsi and the wider amenities of Andros, while Chora and its neoclassical architecture are comfortably accessible across the island.
