The Casas de Santo Amaro development consists of five 4 bedroom houses, with a gross private area between 360 and 410 m2, uncovered gardens and terraces, private parking for 3 vehicles and support spaces.

Five houses with independent access on an internal pedestrian path, which assume their individuality through the interruptions, highlighted by a vertical cut on the façade. With two private gardens, they are developed on four floors: the entrance floor with atrium,
kitchen, guest bathroom and living room open to the garden; the ground floor with a suite, two bedrooms and a bathroom; the first floor, set back, with a suite, office, library and terrace with jacuzzi; and, finally, the basement floor with parking for three cars,
support and storage spaces.

The ground floor of each train consists of a reserved access atrium. Inside are the social areas and leisure areas, where a large private garden stands out, with a fantastic view of the river.

All four-storey units have equipped kitchens, air conditioning, jacuzzi and high-quality finishes.

The architecture of the Casas de Santo Amaro is inspired by one of the best-known paintings by the painter Piet Mondrian, presenting a balance in shapes and colour, in an aesthetic and functional response that is intended to be lasting and timeless - like a work of art. The project also seeks to welcome the colour and materiality that are integrated into the city’s architecture.
