Muriel Charriere

With a master’s degree in private law from the University of Paris II-Assas, Muriel began her career path in a law firm. In order to satisfy her passion for real estate she joined the Daniel Féau Saint-Germain-des-Prés agency in 2001, in what is for her the historic Left Bank’s most beautiful neighbourhood. It is no coincidence that this is also where she has lived for many years.

With her years of experience, she is able to anticipate her clients’ wishes and provide them with the answers they want to hear: a must-have for a demanding clientele.

Her goal: to strive for excellence in the quality of the advice she offers, to establish a privileged relationship based on listening, mutual trust and honesty. Her strength: to never forget that behind all real estate project is a non-neglible emotional side .

Negotiating involves reconciling the interests of both the buyer and seller: perhaps simple in appearance but extremely delicate in reality. Empathy, perseverance and patience are the keywords that motivate Muriel and allow her to meet the challenges she faces each and every day.
