Julian Cunningham-Bond

Julian Cunningham-Bond is the owner of Mallorca Property Collection, Knight Frank Mallorca, and one of the island’s most experienced luxury residential property specialists.

His career spans more than 20 years in international luxury property. Julian joined Knight Frank in 2004, initially advising leading developers on prime residential projects before moving into international resales across Europe, the Balearics and the Caribbean.

Mallorca became his focus more than 15 years ago. In 2010, he acquired an agency in Deià, establishing himself at the very top of one of the island’s most competitive property markets. He has since advised on and been involved in many of the area’s most significant transactions, building an exceptional understanding of value and the nuances of Mallorca’s prime residential market.

In 2012, Julian and his wife Michelle Cunningham-Bond founded Mallorca Property Concierge, the island’s first dedicated buying agency, created to provide private clients with independent representation when purchasing a second home in Mallorca. Working personally with buyers across the entire island gave Julian an unusually detailed understanding of Mallorca’s individual areas, micro markets and the considerations that influence value at the very top end.

Today, that experience sits at the heart of Mallorca Property Collection, Knight Frank Mallorca. From its Bendinat office, Julian represents a carefully curated portfolio of the island’s finest homes, combining more than 20 years of international property experience with over 15 years of first hand knowledge of Mallorca.

His approach remains highly personal and deliberately selective, built around discretion, sound judgement and representing only property he genuinely believes in.
