Since her childhood spent wandering round the capital’s 6^th and 7^th Districts Delphine has appreciated the exhilarating charm of Paris’s architecture and its elegant apartments with their delicate and cosy decoration, filled to the brim with emotions and stories to tell.

It was therefore natural that, as soon as she had the opportunity, she moved to this neighbourhood and entered the École Supérieure des Professions Immobilières.

Her passion remains as unwavering 20 years on. Understanding and anticipating the expectations of each client in order to best accompany them, satisfying their wishes and requirements by presenting that asset that best suits them: a constant source of satisfaction for Delphine!

Her success in a major French real estate group led her to managing 4 agencies. This, as prestigious as it was, had however ended up by distancing her from her clientele. And so in 2018 she chose to return to the fundamentals of her profession by joining Daniel Féau in the neighbourhood where she lives.

Living with her family just next to her place of work is, in her opinion, a definite asset; perfectly at home in the neighbourhood, she often detects in advance apartments likely to suit her clients.
