David Convenant

David Convenant has been walking the streets in the capital’s iconic Left Bank for over two decades! A negotiator since 2003, he went on to manage a real estate agency for some 8 years before choosing to join the Daniel Féau team.

David consequently unquestionably has the know-how to estimate your property as accurately as possible. Energetic, passionate and attentive, he prioritizes trust and loyalty in his human relations, and you can count on his skills and market expertise throughout your project to sell or acquire a real estate asset.

A chemist by training and with a master’s degree in management, he began his career as an engineer. His passion for architecture and places steeped in history led him however to pursue his career in real estate. He looks forward to sharing with you his favourite neighbourhoods in Paris, their lively markets and the traders he knows so well.
