Dave started his real estate career in the mid-80s. He began by driving buyers around all day, selling $10,000 mobile home lots. He never turned away business—if he could sell it, he would list it. As a result, his business expanded to serve a diverse clientele and portfolio. Along with many of his clients, he has grown his business and consistently ranked in the top 1% of all REALTORS® in Texas for over 20 years. He is a part of the Elite 25 and Triple.com’s best Realtors.

The journey from $10,000 mobile home lots to sales of over $2 billion, while living and working in Austin, Texas, has been a blessing. Specializing in ranches, luxury, and waterfront properties, and having represented some of the most amazing properties and clients in Central Texas has been an incredible life journey.

With over $2 billion in career sales, he has not forgotten his roots and continues to list and sell properties of all price ranges, including both residential and ranch properties. He has a great team and amazing agents to assist with anyone’s real estate needs.

Along for the ride and putting up with him for 25+ years are his wife and six children. They enjoy traveling, skiing, going to the beach, and hiking. He also has a ranch where he retreats with family and friends, often hosting gatherings of 30 to 40 people. His wife is from a large Cajun family, so they know how to cook, party, and have fun.
