He is the Founder and CEO of Baires International Realty, a Miami-based real estate brokerage serving international clients and investors seeking premium opportunities throughout South Florida. Daniel specializes in income-producing properties, premium residences, commercial real estate, and exclusive off-market opportunities.
Through an extensive international network, Daniel and his team also connect clients with experienced legal, accounting, financial, and tax professionals to support their investment and acquisition strategies.
Before entering the real estate industry, Daniel spent 16 years as Director of Business Development for Qualcomm Latin America, working from Miami, San Diego, and Buenos Aires.
