Annie Cannon

Annie is a native of Utah and has a great love for this state and all it has to offer. She is an outdoor enthusiast and can be found hiking, skiing, or camping in her spare time. Annie graduated from Utah State University is 2002 and earned her real estate license in 2003. Since this time she has helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes along the Wasatch Front. For the first seven years of her career, Annie worked with home builders where she gained a great love for the building and design aspect of the industry. Annie’s love for design led her to add staging services to her listings in 2016. She is passionate about presenting her listings in the very best light possible - whether that means full service staging or just a good window washing and some flowers. Annie takes great pride in making sure her listings are ”show ready.” She is married to a residential architect and is the mom of three enthusiastic kids.
