Private plate coming off and going back onto original registration. Infinity Automotive Solutions are pleased to market this 2022 Tesla Model Y Long Range Dual Motor, finished in Pearl White with just 2 owners.
There is a reason the Model Y became the best-selling car in the world. It combines genuine SUV space and practicality with the range, the charging network and the performance that still leave most rivals looking half-finished — and the Long Range Dual Motor is the sweet spot of the range, offering four-wheel drive and 331 miles of range without the firm ride and higher running costs of the Performance model.
Performance is properly quick. Two motors — one on each axle — produce a combined 384bhp and deliver instant, seamless four-wheel-drive traction. 0-60mph takes just 4.8 seconds, which is genuinely rapid for a family SUV, yet it’s delivered in near silence and with no drama at all. There is no gearbox, no lag and nothing to think about; you simply press the accelerator. In poor weather the dual-motor system is a real asset, shuffling torque between the axles far faster than any mechanical four-wheel-drive setup can.
Range is where the Model Y still leads. The 82kWh battery gives an official 331 miles WLTP, and because Tesla’s route planning is built into the car, it automatically calculates charging stops, preconditions the battery on approach and tells you exactly how long you’ll be plugged in. On a Tesla Supercharger it accepts up to 250kW, adding well over a hundred miles in around fifteen minutes — and access to the Supercharger network remains the single biggest practical advantage of owning a Tesla. At home, the 11kW onboard charger fills it overnight on a standard wallbox.
Inside, the Model Y is defined by its 15-inch central touchscreen, which handles everything from navigation and media to the drive settings, and receives over-the-air software updates that genuinely add features over time — this car will have gained capability since it left the factory. It also has the full-length panoramic glass roof that makes the cabin feel enormous, heated front and rear seats, twelve-way power-adjustable front seats with memory, a premium audio system, wireless phone charging, keyless phone-as-key entry, a power tailgate, dual-zone climate control and a heat pump for efficient winter heating.
Autopilot is standard, combining traffic-aware cruise control with autosteer to hold the car centred in its lane at a set distance from traffic ahead — on a motorway commute it transforms long journeys. The car also has cameras all round feeding a live 360-degree view, plus Sentry Mode, which uses those cameras to monitor and record around the car when parked, and Dog Mode and Camp Mode for keeping the climate running with the car locked.
Practicality is outstanding. Behind the rear seats there is 854 litres of luggage space including the deep underfloor well, rising to 2,158 litres with the seats folded flat, and there’s a further 117-litre front boot under the bonnet. The rear seats fold electrically from the boot, the load floor is completely flat, and rear legroom and headroom are excellent thanks to the dedicated electric platform.
Running costs are a fraction of a petrol or diesel equivalent. There is no oil, no filters, no belts, no clutch and no exhaust, brake wear is minimal thanks to regenerative braking, and it is fully ULEZ and clean-air-zone compliant. Tesla’s battery and drive unit warranty runs for 8 years or 120,000 miles, guaranteeing at least 70% battery capacity, and it transfers to you as the next owner — meaning cover on the most expensive components into 2030.
A superbly capable, genuinely quick and exceptionally practical electric SUV. Part exchange welcome and competitive finance packages available — please contact a member of our sales team to arrange a viewing or test drive.
