1968 Porsche 911

It does not get much better than the first generation Porsche 911. These extremely sporty, iconic and recognizable cars received very little interest up until the 20th century. You could buy them with ease and readily were available on the market and trading hands for less than $15k. However in 2002 they started to be gaining traction with many collectors and by the 2010-2014 range finding anything under $50k was nearly impossible. Now obtaining a nice car under $100k is very difficult.

We are very pleased to bring to market for only the 2nd time this California owned car. This vehicle was sold new in Hayward California and was then sold in Jan of 1978 to a golf buddy where it remained in the same ownership til we obtained the car in 2023. Vehicle is a stand up car with some great eyeball and nicely featured in the black exterior and black interior. A New carpet kit and headliner were installed by the 2nd owner about 8yrs ago.

This car was just recently serviced by a local Porsche guru with over $4k in maintenance and service. Included in that invoice was; replaced all new shift linkage bushings, electrical corrections to fog lights, dome lights, reverse lights, blinkers, license plate lights and replaced multiple fuses. Brake calipers were removed and all rebuilt along with new master cylinder, flex lines, and flushed and bleed brake lines. Further the dual Weber carbs were removed and cleaned along with jets, float bowls, replaced heater tubes and adjusted the carbs properly.

Vehicle is a joy to drive and experience and performs very nicely. Vehicle comes with a clean Michigan title, tools, jack, recent service record and copy of California title.
