Austin-Healey 3000

This 1967 Austin Healey 3000 MkIII is a beautifully presented example of one of Britain’s most iconic sports cars. Finished in the quintessential British Racing Green exterior with a sharp black interior, this final-year MkIII model captures the essence of open-top European motoring with both elegance and performance. With its signature styling, wire wheels, and long bonnet, this Healey turns heads wherever it goes.

Under the hood lies the 2.9L (2912cc) inline 6-cylinder engine, known for its smooth power delivery and strong torque characteristics. Paired with a 4-speed manual transmission, the MkIII provides a spirited driving experience, enhanced by its upgraded rear suspension and refined interior details introduced in its later production years. The gearbox engages confidently and complements the car’s nimble chassis, making it ideal for weekend drives or vintage rally events.

This example benefits from numerous recent maintenance records, reflecting the care and attention it has received to remain in peak mechanical condition. Whether you’re navigating winding country roads or arriving in style at a local car meet, this Austin Healey delivers an authentic and enjoyable vintage motoring experience.

As the last and most refined version of the Big Healey’s, the 3000 MkIII represents the pinnacle of the marque’s development. This well-sorted and visually striking example is ready to be enjoyed and proudly displayed by its next enthusiast owner.
