I have been a top producer (consistently in the top 10 agents out of +/-1,400) in the greater Santa Barbara area since 1988. I have a great deal of experience with helping banks and lenders manage, maintain and liquidate their REO properties. I started the Santa Barbara REO Team in 1990 and we have closed almost 500 REO properties since then. I have experience in the other following specialties as well; estate sales, probate sales, administration of wills, bankruptcy, estates, condos, beachfront, new construction (what little we have), ranch and horse properties and general residential properties. I have closed over 850 transactions and have a great support team/staff to make certain all of our clients are getting the service and attention they all deserve!
