Simon Court is the Founder and Private Office Principal of Bailey & Court, a Southern California real estate and private-client platform operating through SERHANT. California. He works with principals whose property decisions sit at the intersection of real estate, design, lifestyle, privacy, and legacy.

Before real estate, Simon built a career solving complex, high-stakes assignments across the New Zealand Diplomatic Service, New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, global advertising, and luxury hospitality. As Head of Networks and Influence at NZTE, he developed cross-market relationships and coordinated opportunities across international systems. His experience with Ogilvy, DDB, Huka Lodge, international relocation, and UHNW security training informs a different kind of representation: one grounded in discretion, judgment, and the ability to bring the right specialists into the room.

At Bailey & Court, Simon leads Private Office in full and selectively represents properties of architectural, cultural, or strategic significance. He does not treat a home as inventory. He treats it as an asset with a story, an audience, and an outcome that must be understood before it can be positioned properly.
