I’ve been in real estate for over 40 years, and throughout that time, I’ve had the privilege of helping people at every stage of their journey whether buying, selling, or growing their careers in real estate. I started in sales, then became a Branch Manager, leading several offices and supporting agents as they built their businesses. After 15 years in that role, I moved into Human Resources and training, where I’ve been fortunate to mentor and guide many professionals in our industry.
Real estate has always been more than just a career to me — it’s about building relationships, sharing knowledge, and helping others succeed.
