Nicole Hartenbach

Nicole is a 3rd generation real estate professional with a comprehensive background in residential sales and negotiation. Nicole has developed a reputation for providing exceptional service and thoughtful insights to her clients and is passionate about staying on the leading edge of real estate technology and education. She is actively licensed in California (Orange County) and Alabama (Huntsville/Madison), is a resident of Laguna Beach, and speaks both English and French. When she’s not busy helping her clients buy and sell homes, she enjoys hiking with her husband and two dogs, spending time on the beach, and traveling.

After joining Keller Williams Realty in 2016, she earned the Rookie of the Year award and membership into KW Luxury International. She is also a member the Million Dollar GUILD and has her CLHMS and CHME designations.

Nicole graduated with honors from the University of Miami and began her real estate career in Raleigh, NC as a founding member of the residential arm of an established real estate development and management firm. As the Marketing Director, Nicole oversaw the marketing, branding, and sales strategies for a multifamily portfolio that included over $300 million in residential assets. Along with her broad sales and advertising expertise, Nicole specializes in digital and social marketing.
