Four years ago, I relocated to Costa Rica full-time and joined Coldwell Banker Global Luxury, specializing in titled beachfront estates, architecturally significant homes, and conservation properties across the Southern Zone — with a focus on Escaleras, Dominical, Uvita, Ojochal, and the Osa Peninsula.
