With over two decades of experience in senior management roles across the tourism, hospitality, and real estate sectors, Melanie Thiel—originally from Germany and a passionate skier—refocused her career on Central Switzerland. Inspired by the local roots and global ambition of the tourism project in Andermatt, she took on the sales of The Chedi Residences Andermatt, where she gained in-depth expertise in the niche of branded residences. Today, Melanie is a trusted advisor to developers and investors pursuing similar projects both in Switzerland and internationally.

In addition to her experience and network, Melanie also possesses in-depth knowledge of real estate marketing and the sales process, including legal and tax-related matters. She holds a Swiss Federal Diploma in Real Estate Marketing.
