Marcel M. Wachter is the founder and Managing Partner of GreenHill Properties and advises private clients, family offices and international investors on the acquisition and sale of exceptional residential properties in Mallorca and Germany.
With more than 20 years of experience in international finance and real estate, Marcel combines in-depth transaction expertise with a highly personal and discreet advisory approach. Before founding GreenHill Properties in 2018, he worked for leading financial and real estate institutions in New York, London, Zurich, Kuala Lumpur and Munich.
At UniCredit, he advised major international private equity investors, real estate funds and listed property companies before joining the bank’s Wealth Management division as Senior Banker for Family Office Real Estate Germany. In this role, he advised some of Germany’s largest family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals on acquisitions, sales, off-market transactions, portfolio structuring and complex real estate matters.
Marcel holds a First Class Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge.
Today, through GreenHill Properties, he brings this institutional level of expertise to the residential property market in Mallorca. His focus is on selected properties and individual mandates rather than volume brokerage. Clients benefit from direct personal advice, a strong international network, detailed knowledge of the transaction process and a commitment to representing their interests from the first conversation through to completion.
